Foodie Friday: Cajun Kale Chips

Cajun Kale Chips

4 cups Kale (stems removed and leaves torn into 1-2 inch pieces)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning (or to taste)
2 teaspoons Parmesan Cheese
2 Garlic Cloves (minced or grated to make a paste)

Wash and thoroughly dry kale.  Tear into 1-2 inch pieces, leaving behind the tough stems. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic and Cajon seasoning.  Add kale and toss until each piece is thoroughly covered. Place kale in a 300F oven for 20-25 minutes.  Kale should be crisp, but not burnt!  Enjoy!
