Conversation Heart Necklace
Step #1: Put on a festive and tasty ring like this heart-shaped ring pop!
Step #2: Draw a large heart onto cardstock and cut it out.
Step #3: Trace the heart onto a piece of felt and cut it out.
Step #4: Punch two holes in the top of either side of the felt heart.
Step #5: Arrange the conversation hearts and glue them to the felt heart.
Step #6: Select a fun, brightly colored ribbon and tie it in both holes.
Step #7: Go rock your new Valentine's Day "eye-candy"!
