Last fall, only a few months into our new cocktail blogging adventure, we got a little ballsy up in the lab and invented the Bumpkin (Bacon + Pumpkin) Pie-tini. At the time adding bacon, cinnamon schnapps and pumpkin puree to a cocktail really seemed like a good idea! Fortunately for you, we decided to go with a simpler approach to a fall-themed beverage this year. Now we're not saying you shouldn't give the Bumpkin Pie-tini a try, we just have a feeling that you might like our new and improved concoction just a teensy weensy bit more!
Boozy Pumpkin Milkshake
Makes 1
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 ½ ounces Vanilla Vodka
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch ground ginger
Pinch cloves
Whipped cream to garnish
Cinnamon stick to garnish
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend! Pour into a hallowed out mini pumpkin, top with whipped cream and garnish with a cimammon stick.
