DIY Tuesday: Rosemary Simple Syrup





Rosemary Simple Syrup

Step #1:  Put on your largest, most sparkly cocktail ring and go pick 5 rosemary springs from the herb garden!
Step #2:  Roughly chop rosemary and add to a saucepan
Step #3:  Add ½ cup water
Step #4:  Add ½ cup sugar
Step #5:  Bring ingredients to a boil and cook until sugar dissolves
Step #6:  Let steep overnight and then strain
Step #7:  Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.  Now let the mixology madness begin!
