Irish Mojito
Makes 1
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1 ounce lemon or lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 kiwi (chopped)
20 mint leaves
Club soda
Combine lemon/lime juice, simple syrup, kiwi and mint leaves in a highball glass. Next muddle ingredients together. Next add whiskey and stir. Add crushed ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with a four leaf clover!
