Irish Mojito

So what do Fashionably Bombed, Lil' Wayne and stripping leprechauns have in common? You're about to find out...

Irish Mojito

Makes 1

2 ounces Irish whiskey
1 ounce lemon or lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 kiwi (chopped)
20 mint leaves
Club soda

Combine lemon/lime juice, simple syrup, kiwi and mint leaves in a highball glass. Next muddle ingredients together. Next add whiskey and stir. Add crushed ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with a four leaf clover!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
