It's National Margarita Day!

We're not exactly sure why a cold day in February is "National Margarita Day" but that doesn't mean we're not celebrating it! In honor of this illustrious day, we're taking a look back at some Fashionably Bombed Margarita MADNESS!!!

Classic Margarita

Makes 4

1 cup tequila
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup triple sec
1/2 cup sugar
Ice

Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec and sugar to blender. Blend. Then add 2-4 cups of ice and blend until slushy. Grate fresh lime rind on top of each drink.

Mumbai Margarita

Makes 2

½ cup tequila
½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1-2 tablespoons sugar (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)
Seeds of 2 cardamom pods (finely ground)
1½ cups diced fresh mango
1½ cups diced fresh pineapple
Ice

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend. Then add 2-4 cups of ice and blend until slushy. Rub rim of glasses with a lime. Coat rim of each glass with a blend of sugar and cardamom.

Mint Melon Medley Margarita

Makes 2

½ cup tequila
½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ cup triple sec
1-2 tablespoons sugar (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)
½ cup prickly pear juice
2 cups frozen watermelon chunks
10 mint leaves (coarsley chopped)

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend. Enjoy!
